Course Overview
Our Primary English tuition programme is designed for students in Singapore, closely following the MOE English syllabus.
The programme aims to strengthen grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, composition writing, and oral communication skills.
We focus on building strong foundations, exam readiness, and confidence in English, while nurturing creativity and critical thinking.
Learning Modules
1. Vocabulary Building & Grammar Reinforcement
- Introduction of new words weekly through stories, thematic topics (e.g., school, nature, friendship), and current affairs.
- Step-by-step grammar practice: tenses, subject-verb agreement, adjectives, adverbs, and connectors.
- Word usage exercises: synonyms, antonyms, and idioms.
- Fun activities like spelling challenges, word puzzles, and sentence games.
- Application in short writing exercises and classroom discussions.
2. Reading Comprehension & Oral Expression
- Guided reading of age-appropriate passages, articles, and short stories.
- Comprehension practice: answering factual, inferential, and vocabulary-in-context questions.
- Strategies taught: identifying main ideas, sequence of events, and making predictions.
- Oral communication: storytelling, picture description, and show-and-tell.
- Preparation for school-based oral assessments (fluency, clarity, and expression).
3. Composition Writing (Narrative, Situational & Continuous)
- Narrative writing: crafting stories with clear beginnings, climaxes, and conclusions.
- Situational writing: responding to tasks such as letters, emails, and messages.
- Continuous writing: structured practice for longer essays with creative ideas.
- Techniques: brainstorming, planning with mind-maps, and paragraph structuring.

Fee & Termination Policy
- Parents are required to pay one monthโs tuition fees upfront at enrolment.
- Monthly top-up for subsequent fees.
- No long-term commitment โ parents may discontinue at any time.
- To terminate, parents must notify the centre at least 1 week in advance.
