Course Overview
Our Tamil tuition programme is designed for students in Singapore, covering both MOE syllabus and Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE & A-Levels).
We aim to build strong language foundations in grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, essay writing, and oral communication, while fostering confidence and appreciation for Tamil.

Primary (MOE Tamil)
1. Vocabulary Building & Sentence Construction
- Introduction of new words weekly through stories, dialogues, and thematic topics (e.g., family, school, nature).
- Step-by-step sentence building exercises: starting from simple subject-verb-object sentences to more descriptive ones.
- Grammar reinforcement: nouns, verbs, adjectives, tenses, and sentence connectors.
- Fun activities like word games, matching, and flashcards to strengthen memory retention.
- Application in short writing tasks and classroom conversations.
2. Reading Comprehension & Oral Communication
- Guided reading of age-appropriate passages, poems, and short stories from MOE-approved materials.
- Comprehension practice: answering βwho, what, when, where, whyβ questions.
- Teaching strategies: identifying main ideas, supporting details, and drawing inferences.
- Oral expression: storytelling, picture description, and role-playing.
- Preparation for school-based oral assessments (fluency, pronunciation, and confidence building).
3. Composition Writing (Narrative & Situational)
- Narrative writing: developing storylines with beginning, middle, and ending.
- Situational writing: responding to prompts such as letters, emails, and dialogues.
- Writing frameworks: brainstorming, mind-mapping, and structuring ideas.
- Emphasis on correct use of grammar, vocabulary variety, and creativity.
- Practice sessions with teacher feedback and peer reviews.
4. Practice with MOE Past-Year Papers
- Exposure to PSLE format and past-year exam papers.
- Timed practice sessions to simulate real exam conditions.
- Step-by-step walkthrough of model answers and marking scheme.
- Error analysis: understanding common mistakes and learning how to avoid them.
- Regular mock tests to monitor progress and boost exam readiness.
Fee & Termination Policy
- Parents are required to pay one monthβs tuition fees upfront at the time of enrolment.
- Subsequent fees can be topped up on a monthly basis.
- There is no long-term commitment β parents may choose to discontinue at any time.
- To terminate tuition, simply notify the centre at least 1 week in advance.
